Tenders are invited for Purchase And Delivery Of Crushed Stone And Crushed Concrete Rubble For The Commune Of Przywidz.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Materials Such As: 1) Part 1 - Crushed Stone Of The Fraction 0 - 31.5 Mm In The Amount Of 1840 Tons 2) Part 2 - Concrete Crushed Stone Of The Fraction 31.5 - 63 Mm In The Amount Of 1000 Tons 2 During The Performance Of This Contract, The Ordering Party May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise The Option Right In The Following Scope: 1) Part 1 - Crushed Stone Of Fraction 0 - 31.5 Mm In The Amount Of Up To 552 Tons 2) Part 2 - Concrete Crushed Stone Of Fraction 31 .5 - 63 Mm In The Amount Of Up To 300 Tons. 3. Deliveries Under The Option Right Will Be Made At The Request Of The Ordering Party After Exceeding The Estimated Quantity Of The Basic Order. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claim On This Account.4. Obligations Of The Contractor: 1) The Contractor Of The Order Is Obliged To Weigh The Delivered Material Each Time On Scales In The Town Of 83-047 Piek o Dolne, Ul. Ekologiczna 1 - New Sewage Treatment Plant. 3) The Aggregate Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Standard: A) Pn-B-11112 Aggregates Broken For Road Surfaces - Or Equivalent; B) Pn-En-13242 Aggregates For Unbound And Hydraulically Bound Materials Used In Building Structures And Road Construction - Or Equivalent ;C) Pn-En-13043: 2004 Aggregates For Bituminous Mixtures And Pavements Used In Road Construction And Other Construction Works - Or Equivalent.5. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Used For Road Repairs And Should Meet The Requirements Indicated In The Contract Description, Be Free Of Impurities Such As: Clay, Earth, Sand, Foil, Brick, Building Ceramics, Polystyrene, Roofing Felt, Steel, Etc.6. In The Event That The Delivered Goods (In Part Or In Whole) Do Not Correspond To The Description Specified In The Tor, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept The Goods And The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove Them And Deliver The Goods In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order, Immediately Within The Term Of The Contract And At Its Own Expense.7 . Failure To Comply With The Conditions Specified In The Tor By The Contractor, The Contracting Authority May Terminate The Contract.8. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Based On The E-Mail Request Of The Ordering Party.9. The Territorial Scope Of The Contract In Question Covers The Area Of The Commune Of Przywidz.10. When Specifying The Requirements In The Field Of Standards, The Contracting Authority Indicates It As A Requirement To Meet These Standards Or Equivalent - In The Scope Of Each Entry In Which Such Standards Are Specified
