The Authority Is Seeking An Externally Hosted, Cloud-Based Software Application To Facilitate Arrangements For Meetings Including The Electronic Distribution Of Confidential Documents In A Secure Manner For Meetings Of The Authority, Authority Committees And The Executive In Addition To Selection Boards For Senior Garda Promotion Competitions. The Proposed Board And Meeting Management System ( The System ) Must Be A Cloud-Based System That Can Be Securely Hosted, On The Government Cloud. The System Must Be Fully Managed, With No Requirement For Any Involvement By The Authority S Staff In Managing The Server Infrastructure. The Tenderer Should Provide An Overview Of Their Application Solution, The Software Architecture And The Technology Used. The System Must Provide A User Friendly, Intuitive Interface Which Offers Ease Of Navigation And Requires Minimum Training Or Support To Use The Key Functionality.The Primary Requirements Of The System Are To Provide The Following: Meeting Support Which Will Enable Secure Electronic Distribution Of Documents For The Authority, Authority Committees And Other Meetings; Strong Access Control Options With Differing Levels Of User Access To Documents, Including For Example Restrictions On Download And Printing; And Options To Use Separate Accounts To Allow Segregation And Confidentiality Of Meeting Information Where Needed. For Example, Appointments Information To Be Used By Selection Boards For Senior Garda Promotion Competitions Need To Be Segregated From The Account Used For The Authority And Committee Meetings Due To The Confidentiality Of The Information On Both Accounts
