Employee Details Information 2. Officer Information 3. Iro & Cro Officer Selection Process 4. Notification System (System And Sms) 5. Acr Form Create 6. Grade And Period Wise Acr Form Fill-Up 7. Acr Tracking System 8. Iro And Cro Evaluation System 9. Acr Return, Reject And Comments System 10. Feedback Workshop And Training 11. Mobile Application (Android & Ios) Development 12. Dashboard Engine Experience, Resources And Delivery Capacity Required: Company That Submits Tender Shall Be Evaluated Using, But Not Limited To, The Following Minimum Criteria Which The Company Must Provide Documentary Proof Of Compliance: 1. Must Be A Bangladeshi Firm Having Up-To-Date Valid Trade License, Tin And Vat Registration Certificate And Tax Payment/Clearance Certificate Of The Previous Year. 2. Must Have 10 (Ten) Years Of Similar Working Experience. The Year Will Be Counted Backward From The Date Of Publication Of This Notice. 3. Must Have At Least 1 (One) Working Experience With Similar Kind Of Large Govt. Web Application Within Last 3 (Three) Years (Relevant Experience Documents Must Be Submitted With The Eoi). 4. Must Have 10 Govt. Work Experience In Software Design And Development. 5. At Least 1 (One) Mobile Apps Development And Maintenance Experience Within Last 2 (Two) Years. 6. Needs To Have 15 (Fifteen) Full Time Experienced Human Resources To Carry Out This Project (List And Cv Of The Hr Must Be Submitted With Eoi). 7. The Bidder Must Submit Bank Solvency Certificate To Carry Out The Project. 8. Multiple Companies Having Technical And Legal Competency For Developing Such Product Can Bid Jointly But They Must Have Legal Agreement Among Them & Letter Of Intention Where One Company Needs To Be Prime Bidder. Accordance Of The Ppr 2008 All Bidder Must Be Local. 9. The Firm Will Be Allowed To Take One Firm As A Joint-Venture. The Firm Must Declare One Firm In This Association As The Lead Firm & Others Are Associate.
