Westminster University have appointed a main contractor to manage the development of the Sports Hall at Harrow. We are now seeking to appoint a manufacturer and installer of modular buildings to work to/with the main contractor at the site, to complete the works by September 2023. The building will need to be compliant with Building Regulations: The sport building construction is being treated as a permanent Structure. It is not being treated as a building of low energy demand or a temporary building (with a life of less than 2 years) and these exemptions do not apply. Approval will have to be obtained as part of the Building Regulations submission. The Building will also 1. Require a clear span space of the following minimum dimensions (sports hall court area) 36m L x 28m W x 8m H (to eaves). 2. Will need to be supplied and installed within the defined budget range 3. Will need an and ancillary structure for use as a changing and storage/support space (20m L x 28m W x up to 4m H)
