We are looking to appoint a contractor to deliver the following two elements of work 1 To provide the three constituent North of Tyne Local Authorities with a high quality property level domestic energy efficiency database for North of Tyne housing data which will enable energy and CO2 modelling for a wide range of energy efficiency measures across the North of Tyne 2 To provide a baseline housing stock and funding options analysis reportThe appointed contractor is required to provide a coherent property level database and provide further analysis to support the development of an Outline Business Case for a large scale domestic retrofit programme
