    • Tender Result - Annual repair To Veerpur To Kuthila Road - Construction of Shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift& leadtransporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 .as per Technical Specification clause 301.5.(including labour cess). 2 Providing ,laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 53-22.4mm size to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with smooth wheel roller 8-10 KN in stage to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming ,stone screening , binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density.(including labour cess). 3 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen(VG -10) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.(including labour cess). 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness compesed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508 Mord. (including labour cess). 5 Providing and laying Seal Coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Mord.(including labour cess).
