The work includes survey of Head Work and Submergence with Fixing of Chainage cum Boundary Stone, geologicalinvestigations, preparation and submission of completeLA cases tocompetent authority for land acquisition of dam seat and submergence area and persuing LA cases for award ,construction of permanent all weather road, Concrete Overflow block, with minimum spillway flood capacity of 18621.64 Cumecs (PMF) or as approved by concerned Chief Engineer and Energy Dissipation arrangement, Non-overflow blocks earthen damincluding river training and construction of coffer dam, provision of environmental sluice and vertical gates with hoisting arrangements, automatic lifting beam, automatic operated Monorail hoist, Stop log arrangements, Deck slab bridge and foot bridge etc and hoist supporting structures with primer anti corrosive and painting neseccary as perIS CODE for all component of steel structure involved in construction, including removal of defect for 60 months in defect liability period, model study of the project Construction, Planning & Design of control room ,staff room and chaukidar quarter Building with supply of generator and procurement, supply and erection of DG set with required capacity for operation of all gates with one standby generator and maintenance of all components for five yearsafter completion of the project, including foundation stone laying ceremony and inauguration ceremony and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge as per details given in scope of work. The work also includes marking FTL and MWL line on the field and preparation of land acquisition cases under “The right to fair compensation and transparency in land acquisition rehabilitation and resettlement Act 2013”/State consent land purchase policy 2014. Construction of a Pressure irrigation system to supply water through the Rising/ Gravitymains by pressurized pipeline system for micro irrigation to deliver at farmers field upto 5 ha, with a duty of 0.33 lit/sec/ha and maintained up to 30 ha chak, keeping the discharge of minimum 10 times the designeddutyof 1.0 hectare area and at least 23 Meter Residual Head at the highest point of each 5.00 ha chak for Micro Pressurized Irrigation (Drip/Sprinkler) by rotation without exceeding a total power requirement of 31.75 MW in the Culturable command area of 65000 hectareout of 76470 hectare gross command area ,fully covering the entire compact and contiguous possible arable area and any arable area found in excess should be dropped at the tail end as indicated in the index map for Micro Irrigation System. It includes all activities starting from survey, investigation, designing, procurement, construction, laying, installing, energizing, etc of pumping system, rising and gravity mains, main line, branch lines, distribution network, controlling and regulation system etc for supply of water for irrigation under pressure with SCADA and automation and construction of approach roads as per PMSY. The work including defect liability period for 60 months and Management, Operation & Maintenance (MOM) of complete commissioned system (MOM) for the period of 60 months after completion. MOM period is further extendable for another period of 60 months.
