Note: Rapid Hardening/ High early strengthPortland Cement to be used for this item.
13Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Rapid Hardening/ High early strengthPortland Cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. If the actual quantity of bitumen varies from the quantity specified, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of bitumen exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment. 0.30 Kg/Sqm on existing concrete surface.

Refineries and 2% stone dust by weight of aggregates as filler material].
22Providing, laying and fixing of self adhesive glass fibre reinforcement grid of High Modulus Fibre Glass of mesh size not exceeding 12.5mm x 12.5mm.The self adhesive glass fibre reinforcement after laying over the Runway Pavement shall be pressed down fully with a rubber tired roller and glued to pavement surface.The grid being self adhesive does not require tack coat.The longitudinal overleap should not be less than 250mm and transverse overleap i.e. at the end of the roll should not be less than 150mm.The items should be completed in all respect, to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
23Providing and laying of Hot Mix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and stone dust as filler as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 120 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% Stone dustby weight of aggregates as filler material].

25Painting runway/ Taxi Track / Apron marking with adequate no. of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and other foreign materialetc., and lining out complete. a) New work (Two or more coats)
26Cutting of existing flexible pavements in patches of required width and depth by deploying milling machine with attachement of conveyor belt system including cleaning & dressing of the surface and disposal of cutting material within airport premises etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding the cost of general cleaning considered under tack coat item)

63Fabrication & Supply of MS Rectangular Transformer Housing Box of size 750x330x300 mm, made out of 8mm thick MS sheet on four sides and bottom, 10mm thick MS sheet for top cover with 8 Nos. M-10 size threaded hole, 1 No. 25mm dia drain hole at the bottom and suitable holes to enable entry of 40/50/63/90mm dia GI/HDPE pipe and secondary leads,with rubber gaskets for top cover,two Nos. cadmium plated earthing bolts with nuts, top cover lifting arrangement etc. including painting with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of black enamel paint finish etc. as required. Top cover shall be removable type with handles at both sides, 50mm angle form provided inside box with provision to fix the top cover. All bots and nuts shall be of chrome plated.
64Supply of Internally Illuminated LED based Mandatory / Information Guidance Sign Boards of various sizes and depth not less than 150mm made out of 4mm thick glare free polycarbonate sheet at front facia having the required details (letters and symbols) screen printed on self adhesive film of 3M make/equivalent and pasted inside of the polycarbonate sheet and body made of 2mm thick anodised aluminium profile reinforced by 50mmX50mm Aluminium/Aluminium Alloy Structure on other five sides with sufficient No. of 50mm diaaluminium legs of 5.5mm thick fixed with Al brackets of 5mm thick and frangible couplings, uniformly internally illuminated with adequate No. of LED Modules of LED of burning hours not less than 50,000 spacing not more than 100mm with suitable rated weather proof Power Converter (IP 67) to achieve required illumination level, suitable for operation on airfield series circuit input source of 2.8A-6.6A to give constant brightness for all current variation without flickering,with all other accessories such as MS base plate of 10 mm thick with 16mm dia 250mm length foundation bolts and nuts of SS Materials etc., complete as required and conforming to ICAO/FAA Requirements etc., as required.
65Electrical works SH III: Installation of AGL Fixtures, CCRs and associated works. Installation of Airfield Light Fixtures as following:
66Installation of Inset light fittingsin the concrete/bitumen surface by core cutting with suitable core cutting machine tool for the required size for fixing the shallow box, alignment of the box to match with the runway surface, fixing it using Dobefil /equivalent compound with hardener, fixing of top assembly on the shallow box, connecting the plug and receptacles of inset fitting with isolation transformer, making all electrical connections, making good the surface to the original finish, testing and commissioning of the whole inset fittings etc., complete as required. (Fitting, Isolation Transformer and connector kits will be supplied by department)
67Installation, Testing and commissioning of Elevated type Runway Edge/ End / Threshold / Guard Lights / Taxiway lights fittings (Halogen/LED) on the existing transformer housing boxes including installation of isolating transformer, crimping / joining of connector kits, covering with HT insulation tape over which PVC tape, fixing of gaskets, nuts, bolts and other accessories, alignment, levelling, earth connection etc., complete as required. (Fitting, Isolation Transformer and connector kits will be supplied by department)
68Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 10KW microprocessor based CCR including all civil work etc. complete as required.
